How to MAKE THE EMAIL FORM WORK ?

Open "snowMailPHP.php" or "mail.php" file via NOTEPAD and just change
$ToEmail = "mail@yourmail.com";
in the code.

When done, save and upload the file on the server, replace old to new one.
